Quick scan sleep disorders (5 minutes)

Are you often tired, moody or poorly concentrated? A sleep disorder might be the cause. Below you will find a test for the three most common sleep disorders:

  1. Insomnia (problems with falling sleep and/or staying asleep)
  2. Restless legs (itchy/restless feeling in legs, arms or feet when you try to relax)
  3. Sleep apnea (respiratory problems during sleep)
The three tests combined take about five minutes. The outcome should not be interpreted as a final diagnosis, but may provide helpful clues for further research. The test was made possible by, among other organizations, the University of Twente, the Dutch Sleep Institute, the Dutch Apnea Research Foundation and the Dutch Restless Legs Foundation. Because we've merged several tests, some questions seem to be very similar. For a reliable result, it is important to answer those questions too.
